“Most people would consider Quality of Life as a direct reflection of your bank balance. However, if your body isn’t healthy enough to carry out your desires and your mind isn’t happy enough to follow your dreams, then it doesn’t matter how much money you have in the bank.

Having had an incredibly active life, through sports and adventure, followed by years as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and mindfulness coach, I have developed a deep love for all forms of wellbeing. We all know that we will never reach our full potential unless we take care of ourselves, but there are only so many hours in the day to fully understand what it means to truly take care of ourselves. When a business takes on the skills and passions of an employee, it becomes their responsibility to guide this person towards the healthiest possible existence.

Since the formation of hasta World, it has become increasingly apparent to me that businesses can talk the talk and tick the boxes, but when it comes to truly take care of an employee or a community, then it becomes very easy to make excuses. hasta Wellbeing was formed to find the correct experts from around the world to help every aspect of a person’s life. I was naive enough to once believe your waistline was the main indication of health, but now understand this stretches to listening to your personal values, your financial literacy, level of social responsibility, available time with friends and family, and everything in between.

Through working with the best minds available, and evolving day by day, it brings me unadulterated joy to say that hasta World is not just ticking boxes, but working to make the world a better place and helping countless individuals improve their quality of life.
